9 am – 11 am – 2 hrs – Check Voice mails/emails and get back to every one, Post Comments on FB, IG, other relevant forums, boards etc…
11 noon – 2 pm – 3 hrs – Call/Email to business consultants, attorneys, CPA’s, mortgage brokers.
2 pm – 5 pm – 3 hrs – Follow up on existing clients ask for referrals, prepare files for processing.
